行百里者半九十--纪念跟单逾时两月及国庆中秋[英文原版客户协商信] (2006/09/29 10:08)

两个月下来,这个单基本敲定,就差出国这趟一锤定音.

预约发票,合同草案,样品准备都已经基本完备,图片已发送,样品带过去

护照,健康黄皮书也已经备妥,

现在剩下的是签证(客户办),所带费用,T/T时间测试,

不过客户说签证只邮寄copy 件,费用要携带够,T/T时间测试没必要,

为此,据理力争,花了一个半小时整理了一封信,把皮球推给了客户,或许他们又该好好讨论了.

由于一直以来是用我爱人的名义联系的,所以我在文中就成了"my husband",女性的亲和力强些,也更耐心细致些,呵呵.

同时这次合作是一次典型的四方会谈,买方,对方贸易公司,我方贸易公司,中国供应商,我们直接联系的是对方贸易公司和中国供应商.

对一些尚需要保密的内容做了屏蔽,见谅.

I think we are talking about 3 matters, i.e. our three proposal : Visa, Money and T/T time. And you should bear in your mind that the object of what we have done and what we are doing is only to do perfect preparation for our cooperation, to smooth the cooperation and to get the success of our cooperation. For we think cooperation will benefit all of us.

For the Visa, we really need the original one then to book ticket for my husband. For when he go to your city ******, he needs to pass Hong Kong and Dubai firstly. The use of the original Visa of your side is to pick him up from the airport, and the use of the original Visa of our side is to help him to pass the examination of the safe investigation of several countries and areas. Can you tell me which is more important? I know from your words and the distinguished Chairman's that you are worrying about the time sending the original Visa by Express Mail , we are worrying for the time, too. The soul of our service is to save time and money for our clients, so we have recommended DHL or Fedex to you to less the time needed to 3-5 days. If my husband go without the original Visa, the danger is so huge that we can't bear that. What can we do for you in case he can't pass the examination of these safe investigation ? And how long will be lost for our not good preparation (without original Visa)? To save time for all of us, we can only begin to book ticket after your information of finishing and sending the original the Visa to us by DHL or Fedex.

For the money we should prepare for the signing fees, we do agree with what you said: concerning signing fee issue, is not a matter of the buyer board, is between you and we who are to receive the payment. And we have already prepared it when sending goods for our clients and receiving money as commission from them. However, we are worrying about the smooth and safe of my husband's flight to your city, just as the Visa. If the money more than permitted be find out when passing the examination, it will be a huge lost for all of us, not for the money, just for the time. So we intend to bring only USD5000.00 to your city, according to your policy, and for the others, we need your help first.

For the T/T time testing, we also think it is important, otherwise, we will not ask your side to do it. We are not asking for the money, just for calculating time needed, then we can plan to begin produce your order better. For we think you will be satisfied with one sample of your order, especially samples after revision. We want to let the manufactory begin to produce it after you confirmation of the sample and releasing of the payment, even when my husband still in your country, so as to save more time for you.

As you said to me: *****, it will be a shameful, disgrace and huge lost that after all our joint effort to actualize this contract at the end we fail. We also think so. So we will do what we should do perfectly to win the success of our cooperation.

However, without the original visa and taking money more than USD5000.00 will add too many uncertain factors to my husband's flight, so we need your big help for that. Otherwise, it is really too dangerous for us to handle your order.

We have contacted with the ticket department and the gift store, however, we need your confirm of our proposal first to go on with it.

How time flies! If I am not wrong, we have been in contacting for two months.
