.Our company was founded in 2005, and it is located in Shajiao Fenghuang Mountain Industrial area in Humen Town, which is regarded as the electroplating town of Dongguan City. The environment here is very beautiful, and the traffic is convenient. Our factory is a professional manufacturer in the field of zinc alloy die casting dog ring, zinc alloy electroplating dog ring , copper plating and iron plating products.
. We do die-casting, electroplating and sales all by ourselves.
.In the die-casting workshop of company, there are spark machine, engraving machine, grinder, milling machine and other equipments. We have the independent development capability. We have eight automatic die casting machines whose capacity is from 7.5 tons to 30 tons, and we have a production volume of five millions key rings and dog rings per month.
.In the electroplating workshop of company, there are two production lines. One line is barrel plating line, which includes two large nickel slots, one nickel-free nickel or cupronickel tin slot, two alkaline copper slots, one brass gilt standard slot with six heads, one gun metal slot, one gold slot, one tin slot, one trivalent chromium slot, one large oven, several chemistry vibrating machines ,polishing barrels and centrifuges. The types of electroplating are bright or dull nickel-environmental protection, salt spray nickel, light black nickel, deep or light nickel, antique brass, antique red, antique black, antique brown, trivalent chromium-environmental protection, bright spray tin, bottom gold, fashion gold, and so on. On the line, we can do copper pieces of pickling, phosphating, especially zinc alloy electroplating and copper or iron plating. The other line is rack plating line, which includes alkaline copper slots, acid copper slots, imitation gold slots, gold slots and nickel slots.
