1. System Structure
The system takes the electronic scale composing by the Tedea high-precision transducer and the Mettler PANTHER meter as the foundation; places the S7-300 PLC made by Siemens as the control core; equipped by the IPC made by Advantech Co., Ltd in Taiwan and it completes the formula management, the production data management, the equipment running status management and the man-to-machine dialogue in the production management of whole system. The system is connected into an organic whole by the network communication. Combined with the periphery executive equipments, the material feeding and mixing from outlet of silo to outlet of mixer are controlled and managed automatically during the whole process. Thus the additive can meet the requirement of the dry mix production. (See the online demonstration of the control system)
2. The functions and characteristics of this system
● Using computer system to carry the centralized management; this function makes man-to-machine dialogue come true, and it can display the simulation drawing and the product table, moreover, it can print the additive report, the production report and the alarm list etc.
● Having many alarm functions.
● Having automatic optimization function on the aerosol quantity.
● The static precision is above 1‰.
● The dynamic precision is above 1/500.
