公司更改名称的通知函

由于本公司业务发展的需要，我公司在2008年2月向东莞市工商局申请变更公司名称和变更资金等事项，并已获得核准。同时已换发变更后的《营业执照》．《税务登记证》国税，地税登记证及相关*。原公司名称由“东莞市黄江华尔赛弹簧加工店”更改为“东莞市华尔赛弹簧制造有限公司”。

本公司从2008年2月28日起公布本次变更的公告。此次合法认定的公司名称变更及经营范围（弹簧、五金配件）没有改变，不会影响到本公司的整体业务结构及职能，以及与贵司的合作经营政策。

请贵司做好相应内部告知工作。因此而造成的不便表示歉意。

Changes the name of the company notes

As the company's business development needs, we got the permission to change the name of our company & change of capital and other issue from Trade and Industry Bureau Dongguan City in the company in February-2008. At the same time our application been approved to be renewed "business license." "Tax registration certificate" inland revenue, Local Inland Revenue Department and related invoices. Company name from the original "Dongguan City Huangjiang HERSHEY spring MANUFACTURE " to " Dongguan City Huangjiang HERSHEY spring Manufacturing Co., Ltd.." This notice will be announced from 28-February-2008. The legal changes that the company name and business operating range (spring, Hardware) has not be changed, and will not affect the company's overall business structure and functions, as well as cooperation with the operating policies of your company.
