本机结构合理操作方便，功能齐全，送料、压型、滴胶、加热、修边、开槽、切断而成板材。
本机采用精密低速计量泵、变频调速、（或无极调速）、电脑控制，计量准确。
本机可复合多种规格型号的平板、瓦楞板。能生产厚40-300mm，宽1000-1200mm的夹芯复合板；厚50-100mm，宽950mm的瓦楞型高强度复合板。
本机适合彩色钢板、铝板、不锈钢板等为复合外层材料，内层为阻燃型EPS、岩棉等材料。
This machine has equitable construction, easy operation and complete function. The final product is made through the steps of material carry, compres-sion, glue-dropping, heating, slotting and cutting.
To reach the accurate metering, this machine uses precise low speed metering pump, variable frepuency speed(or multi-speed) control and computer controlled process.
This machine can merge multiple types of plain or corrugated board produce sandwich board of 950mm-1200mm wide 50mm-300mm thick or corrug-ated intensive board of 950mm wide and 50mm-300mm thick.
This machines is capable for color steel board, aluminium board or stainless steel board as the outer layer of the composite board. The interior layer could be anti-flame EPS or rockwool.
