After four-year’s operation, it finds that the matsutake group’s liver function parameter in AST, r-GTP and bilirubin is obviously lower than the contrast group. It concludes that matsutake can inhibit the liver-cancer patient from relapsing after operation, raise the disease immunity and survival rate without side effect.
The research on matsutake dates back to Song Zhezong Yuanyu Year, it is said matsutake can resist viral. In “China Pharmacological Fungus Science” jointly published by Beijing Medicine University and China Xiehe Medicine University, “China Economic Fungus” published by Science Publishing House, it says that multi-sugar substance in matsutake can inhibit flesh tumor S－180 in white mouse and the rate is as high as 91.8%, and the inhibit rate for Aishi-Cancer is 70% without side effect. In Japan, people have tradition of eating matsutake and Japanese are the main consumers. In recent twenty years, more and more people begin to eat matsutake while its output becomes lower day after day. Matsutake contains protein, fat, many kinds of amino acid, eight of them are essential for human body. Besides, it is rich in vitamin B1、B2、C and PP. It is with function of strengthening body, benefiting intestines and stomach, eliminating pain, clearing breathe and melting sputum. Besides, matsutake contains antibiotic substance, which can prevent virus from breeding.
The research of Jiang Guren and some other experts prove that if inject matsutake extract into mouse filled with tumor cell in subcutaneous tissue for 11 days, the tumor will obviously become small and its growth speed will be quickly controlled
