         <title><![CDATA[ 撞钟的小和尚  ]]></title>

         <title><![CDATA[ 圣火来了－广州站        ]]></title>

<p><font size="2">3月24日奥运圣火在奥运发源地&mdash;&mdash;雅典正式点燃以来，历经1个多月的全球传递，终于在5月进入了我国的本土并开始了传递。</font></p>
<p><font size="2">火炬首先登陆香港，然后经过澳门以及海南的传递后，终于在5月6日傍晚抵达我们的城市广州了。</font></p>
<p><font size="2">我们</font><a title="从这里你可以看到一群快乐而有活力的牛钉们哦" target="_blank" href="http://www.ying7.com/about.aspx"><strong><font size="2">牛钉们</font></strong></a><font size="2">都是一群热血的年轻人，当然都希望可以亲眼</font><a title="这里可以观看到火炬传递的录像" target="_blank" href="http://www.niuding.com/beijing2008.htm"><strong><font size="2">目睹火炬的传递</font></strong></a><font size="2">，用我们的行动来支持北京奥运会，但5月7日是工作日，大家都为无法参加而感到遗憾。客户关系部了解到牛钉们的想法，决定组织全体同事到公司楼下观看圣火。</font></p>
<p><font size="2">这一想法马上得到我们山鹰小分队的大力支持：&ldquo;虽然现在牛钉项目正在如火如荼地进行中，但这是百年一遇的机会，亲眼目睹圣火并参加传递仪式是我们中国人的骄傲，所以即使继续赶工都要让全体同事参加这次盛事&rdquo;。 </font></p>
<p><font size="2">有了领导的大力支持，我马上开始了活动的筹备工作，由于时间十分紧迫，马上安排同事采购奥运庆祝物品，没想到广州满街都在大卖这与奥运相关的产品，现在的商家真会抓住商机啊，好像奥运的小旗帜，商家们都表示已经卖到脱销的，广州人民真支持奥运。 </font></p>
<p><font size="2">5月7日圣火传递的当天，万众期待的时刻终于来临，上午8点奥运圣火广州传递仪式开始，随着第一支火炬在省领导手上点燃圣火并交给了当天第一棒火炬手杨景辉后，圣火将在羊城手手相传，开始传递旅程。</font></p>
<p><font size="2">沿路上广州市民一早就涌到街头，手中都拿着国旗和奥运旗，各自用着自己的方式迎接奥运圣火，只要圣火到达的地方都拥挤着人群。我们观看圣火的路段是预计在下午14:30才通过，但是牛钉们都迫不及待地12：30就到达现场，发现现场已经聚集了很多市民，大家情绪都已经十分高涨。好不容易占据到一个有利位置，同事们就在正午太阳的高温下，热切地期盼着圣火的到达。</font></p>
<p><font size="2">由于聚集的人越来越多，而且大家都激动地冲出马路，险像横生，所以警察们不得不提前了道路封闭时间。在此之后，只要有任何车辆和人员经过马路，大家都会报以热烈的欢呼声，不停地挥舞着手中的国旗和奥运旗帜。就这样大家站了差不多一个多小时，期间,不停的有人在喊加油,但都没有见到圣火。后来随着警车开道，我闪了一下神,就听到好多人在喊:&ldquo;奥运，加油~~~~&rdquo;我也不知怎么回事，但跟着大家一起叫，很快见到火炬手拿着火炬从我面前经过。火炬手不停地向我们挥手，我还没有来得及反映, 火炬手已经跑过我面前了。&ldquo;天啊，怎么回事呀,就这样子完了，,我等了那么久就只看到两秒的火炬&rdquo;，不过可以一睹到火炬手和祥云火炬的风采已经让我们非常兴奋和自豪，<a title="中国领先的在线监理服务商" target="_blank" href="http://www.niuding.com"><strong>牛钉</strong></a>的摄像师还用DV拍下了那珍贵的片段。</font></p>

         <title><![CDATA[ 一个发生在美国通用汽车的客户与该公司客服部间的真实故事   ]]></title>

<p><font size="2">有一天美国通用汽车公司的庞帝雅克（Pontiac）部门收到一封客户抱怨信，上面是这样写的：&ldquo;这是我为了同一件事第二次写信给你，我不会怪你们为什么没有回信给我，因为我也觉得这样别人会认为我疯了，但这的确是一个事实。 &rdquo; 我们家有一个传统的习惯就是我们每天在吃完晚餐后，都会以冰淇淋来当我们的饭后甜点。由于冰淇淋的口味很多，所以我们家每天在饭后才投票决定要吃哪一种口味，等大家决定后我就开车去买。 但自从最近我买了一部新的庞帝雅克后，在我去买冰淇淋的这段路程问题就发生了。</font></p>
<p><font size="2">&ldquo;你知道吗？每当我买的冰淇淋是香草口味时，我从店里出来车子就发不动。但如果我买的是其他的口味，车子发动就顺得很。我要让你知道，我对这件事情是非常认真的，尽管这个问题听起来很猪头。</font></p>
<p><font size="2">&nbsp;&ldquo;为什么这部庞帝雅克当我买了香草冰淇淋它就秀逗，而我不管什么时候买其它口味的冰淇淋，它就一尾活龙？为什么？为什么？&rdquo; </font></p>
<p><font size="2">事实上庞帝雅克的总经理对这封信还真的心存怀疑，但他还是派了一位工程师去查看究竟。当工程师去找这位仁兄时，很惊讶的发现这封信是出之于一位事业成功、乐观、且受了高等教育人。</font></p>
<p><font size="2">工程师安排与这位仁兄的见面时间刚好是在用完晚餐的时间，两人于是一个箭步跃上车，往冰淇淋店开去。那个晚上投票结果是香草口味，当买好香草冰淇淋回到车上后，车子又秀逗了。 <br />
这位工程师之后又依约来了三个晚上。 <br />
第一晚，巧克力冰淇淋，车子没事。 <br />
第二晚，草莓冰淇淋，车子也没事。 <br />
第三晚，香草冰淇淋，车子&ldquo;秀逗&rdquo;。</font></p>
<p><font size="2">这位思考有逻辑的工程师，到目前还是死不相信这位仁兄的车子对香草过敏。因此，他仍然不放弃继续安排相同的行程，希望能够将这个问题解决。 </font></p>
<p><font size="2">工程师开始记下从头到现在所发生的种种详细资料，如时间、车子使用油的种类、车子开出及开回的时间&hellip;&hellip;，根据资料显示他有了一个结论，这位仁兄买香草冰淇淋所花的时间比其它口味的要少。 </font></p>
<p><font size="2">为什么呢？原因是出在这家冰淇淋店的内部设置的问题。 </font></p>
<p><font size="2">因为，香草冰淇淋是所有冰淇淋口味中最畅销的口味，店家为了让顾客每次都能很快的取拿，将香草口味特别分开陈列在单独的冰柜，并将冰柜放置在店的前端；至于其它口味则放置在距离收银台较远的后端。 </font></p>
<p><font size="2">现在，工程师所要知道的疑问是，为什么这部车会因为从熄火到重新激活的时间较短时就会秀逗？原因很清楚，绝对不是因为香草冰淇淋的关系，工程师很快地由心中浮现出，答案应该是 &ldquo; 蒸气锁 &rdquo;。 </font></p>
<p><font size="2">因为当这位仁兄买其它口味时，由于时间较久，引擎有足够的时间散热，重新发动时就没有太大的问题。但是买香草口味时，由于花的时间较短，引擎太热以至于还无法让&ldquo; 蒸气琐 &rdquo;有足够的散热时间。 </font></p>
<p><font size="2"><strong><font face="Comic Sans MS">读后感想：</font></strong> <br />
即使有些问题看起来真的是疯狂，而且有时候它还是真的存在；但是如果我们每次在看待任何问题并秉持着冷静的思考去找寻解决的方法，这些问题将看起来会比较简单不那么复杂。</font></p>

<p><font size="2">一直以来，销售在大家心目中都是极其具有挑战性的工作，所以我也义不容辞的选择了它，因为我喜欢挑战，喜欢挑战后带给我的那种感觉。可是作为女孩子，我却害怕销售，因为做一行真的很辛苦，它不仅包括有身体上的辛苦，更苦的却是身心上的。</font></p>
<p><font size="2">记得2005年在一家公司做销售代表时，我有着一段非常值得回忆的经历，一开始时，我根本受不了那种苦，每天都要出去外面拜访客户，每天重复着做同样的工作，人也疲了，一个月下来根本看不到任何收获，晚上回到家时，家里人看到的只是满是血泡和茧的双脚，和满脸写着抱怨的我，他们心疼死啦！都劝我放弃这个工作，可是放弃并不符合我的风格，最后我还是坚持了将近一年的时间，这一年里，我有过骄人的成绩，同样也有过非常沮丧的时候，最终由于制度变革的原因，又加上个人的一些原因，我蒙生了离开公司的念头，当时他们广州区域的经理还找我单独谈了足足一个上午，可最后我还是选择离开了那家公司。</font></p>

         <title><![CDATA[ 猴子和手表  ]]></title>

                   <![CDATA[<p><font size="2">森林里生活着一群猴子，每天太阳升起的时候它们外出觅食，太阳落山的时候回去休息，日子过得平淡而幸福。</font></p>
<p><font size="2">一名游客穿越森林，把手表落在了树下的岩石上，被猴子猛可捡到了。聪明的猛可很快就搞清了手表的用途，于是，猛可成了整个猴群的明星，每只猴子都渐渐习惯向猛可请教确切的时间，尤其在阴雨天的时候。整个猴群的作息时间也由猛可来规定。猛可逐渐建立起威望，最后当上了猴王。</font></p>
<p><font size="2">做了猴王的猛可认识到是手表给自己带来了机遇与好运，于是每天加倍时间地在森林里寻找，希望能够得到更多的手表。工夫不负有心人，猛可果然相继得到了第二块、第三块手表。</font></p>
<p><font size="2">但出乎猛可的意料，得到了三块手表反而有了新麻烦，因为每块手表的时间显示得都不相同，猛可不能确定哪块手表上显示的时间是正确的。群猴也发现，每当有猴子来询问时间时，猛可总是支支吾吾回答不上来。猛可的威望大降，整个猴群的作息时间也变得一塌糊涂。</font></p>
<p><font size="2">只有一块手表，可以知道是几点，拥有两块或两块以上的手表并不能告诉一个人更准确的时间，反而会让看表的人失去对准确时间的信心。这就是著名的&ldquo;手表定律&rdquo;。</font></p>
<p><font size="2">&ldquo;手表定律&rdquo;带给我们一种非常直观的启发：对于任何一件事情，不能同时设置两个不同的目标，否则将使这件事情无法完成；对于一个人，也不能同时选择两种不同的价值观，否则，他的行为将陷于混乱。一个人不能由两个以上的人来同时指挥，否则将使这个人无所适从；而对于一个企业，更是不能同时采用两种不同的管理方法，否则将使这个企业无法发展。</font></p>
<p><font size="2">在这方面美国在线与时代华纳的合并就是一个典型的失败案例。美国在线是一个年轻的互联网公司，企业文化强调操作灵活、决策迅速，要求一切为快速抢占市场的目标服务。而时代华纳的企业文化则强调在长时间的发展过程中建立起诚信之道和创新精神。两家企业合并后，企业高级管理层并没有很好解决两种价值标准的冲突，导致企业员工完全搞不清企业未来的发展方向。最终，时代华纳与美国在线的&ldquo;世纪联姻&rdquo;以失败告终。这也充分说明，要搞清时间，有一块走时准确的表就已经足够。<br />
