         <title><![CDATA[ 谨防车辆被盗,你了解多少？    ]]></title>

                   <![CDATA[				<p>每年入夏以来，机动车被盗情况都会有所上升。据统计，全国每年发生盗车案件10万多起，平均每天被盗车辆300多辆。就北京而言，北京市公安局110报警服务台每天都会接到10余起机动车被盗的警情。</p>
<p>那么，有车一族除了记得锁好爱车，还应采取什么样的措施防范车辆被盗呢？</p>
<p><strong>停车选点很重要</strong></p>
<p>不要随意停车，停车时要尽可能把车停放在地势开阔、路线单一、行人繁多的场地，停车时，不要把前轮打直，可将其转过一定角度，以使窃贼难以将车推走或拖走。停好车后，要记住拔下车钥匙。据有关统计，失窃的汽车中有13%是因其驾驶者下车时将钥匙留在了点火开关上。当然如有可能，车还要尽量停在专门的停车场，这样更安全放心。</p>
<p><strong>安装防盗报警器</strong></p>
<p>购车后要及时加装必要的防盗锁或电子报警器。公安部门从对盗车贼的审讯中发现，这些人在实施犯罪前，往往先贴近目标车身故意碰一下，甚至踹一脚，一听有报警器等防盗装置发出响声，便会迅速绕开。当然，有了防盗装置并不意味着万无一失了，因为很多盗车贼一旦发现车主并不注意，就会很快切断报警器的线路，几分钟就可将车开走。因此建议车主们最好设有两道防盗措施，在听到车辆报警的声音后，绝不可忽视大意。有条件的情况下还可以加装GPS卫星防盗，这样当车辆真的出现丢失，可以要求GPS监控中心进行跟踪寻找。</p>
<p><strong>设置警告标贴</strong></p>
<p>另外无论车辆是否安装防盗装置，不妨贴上警示标志：“本车装有防盗报警器”、“请勿动手”等，通过警告的方式吓走心虚的窃贼。</p>
<p><strong>最有效的防盗还是设置小机关</strong></p>
<p><font color="#ff0000">任何防盗产品或者防盗方案一旦商品化就很容易被破戒。所谓天知、地知、你知、我知，其他人都不知道的秘密才是最有效的防盗，车主可以根据车辆情况，自设一、两处外人难以解除的小故障或机关，可在车门锁、发动启动线路、油路等处动脑筋，实用的方式可以把点火系中的低压线断掉(低压线比高压线隐蔽)；或是改进外装汽车附件，如燃油箱、蓄电池、灯具等，应在连接紧固螺丝上加以改进，可以改用不标准螺母，如五角形螺母必须用特制的扳手才能拧开。这样如果盗车贼用2-3分钟解决了第一道防盗锁，而低压线不通或其他措施又会起作用，就使贼已没时间再去研究，只好罢手另寻目标。</font></p>

         <title><![CDATA[ 我的西藏之旅(YC)--汽车征文推荐十五        ]]></title>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt; TEXT-INDENT: 21pt; mso-char-indent-count: 2.0"><font size="3"><span style="FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'">记得</span><span><font face="Times New Roman">2000</font></span><span style="FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'">年</span><span><font face="Times New Roman">5</font></span><span style="FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'">月份的第一次西藏演习，部队在每个单位抽调人员组建演习分队，我是我们连唯一比较幸运的一位，我们的军车是在北京上的火车，一整列火车全是我们的军车，气势何其壮观！经过四个昼夜的行程终于到了青海格尔木市（格尔木市海拔</span><span><font face="Times New Roman">2800</font></span><span style="FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'">米，当时还没有修青藏铁路），大家都有一点点高原反应了，头晕、呼吸困难、嘴唇干裂等现象，好难受！尤其是当地的时差更要命，我们在北京的是早</span><span><font face="Times New Roman">8</font></span><span style="FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'">天亮晚</span><span><font face="Times New Roman">6</font></span><span style="FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'">天黑，可到那是早</span><span><font face="Times New Roman">10</font></span><span style="FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'">点亮晚</span><span><font face="Times New Roman">9</font></span><span style="FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'">天黑，可是我们的作息时间一直不调整，每天黑呼呼的起床跑步训练，下午太阳还在挂在半山腰就要睡觉（作息规定），当时我是应急分队队长，负责保障</span><span><font face="Times New Roman">39</font></span><span style="FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'">台军车正常运行，除了每天跟大家一样的工作（开车）以外，车辆到站以后还要对</span><span><font face="Times New Roman">39</font></span><span style="FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'">台车进行正常的检查和维护，保证次日的正常运行，不过还好，每天我的小分队忙完的时候天基本黑了。天天如此。我的身体素质还可以，适应能力比较强，部队在格尔木市休整了四天，嘴唇脱了一层皮就不再干裂了，只要我不做剧烈的运动基本没什么高原反应了，四天后，车队整装出发，每辆车配了一箱方便面、几包压缩饼干、几个苹果还有氧气瓶止痛药等等，这就是一个行程的口粮。经过</span><span><font face="Times New Roman">8</font></span><span style="FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'">天的驾驶行程到西藏，在这</span><span><font face="Times New Roman">8</font></span><span style="FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'">天的时间里可以说经历了生与死的考验，一路上高原反应一天比一天厉害，头晕、呼吸困难一天比一天严重，那难受劲别提有多难受，一路上好多战友因身体不是倒下的，但又不能扔在路边不管，每天架上架下。</span><span><font face="Times New Roman"></font></span></font></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt; TEXT-INDENT: 21pt; mso-char-indent-count: 2.0"><font size="3"><span style="FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'">第一天，车队来到纳赤台兵站，我被那里独特的风景迷住了，迅速跑步到了对面的小山坡上一览这美景，可是还没有跑两步就觉得头昏眼花了，后面的连长在喊：高原地区，特殊环境，请大家不要单独行动以免危险。晚上好多人因高原反应无法入睡就服制痛药，当时我听说止痛药服多了会上瘾，所以，忍着一直都没有吃止痛药。</span><span><font face="Times New Roman"></font></span></font></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt; TEXT-INDENT: 21pt; mso-char-indent-count: 2.0"><font size="3"><span style="FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'">第二天，来到了五道粱兵站，发现那里的乌鸦好大，比咱们农家的鸡还大，我们就拿着石头去打它。被当地的老百姓看到了，他们向我们大吼大叫好像很气愤，说的好象是藏语，后来我们就这个事情请教连长，连长笑着说：乌鸦是他们的吉祥物，他们看到自然会生气。当时高原反应非但没减反而更加严重了。</span><font face="Times New Roman"></font></font></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt; TEXT-INDENT: 21pt; mso-char-indent-count: 2.0"><font size="3"><span style="FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'">第三天，车队在开往沱沱河兵站的途中下了一场冰雹的时候，从来没见过那么大的冰雹，跟花生米一般大，吓的我要四，总是害怕把挡风玻璃给砸烂了，还好，过了一个多小时，总算到站了，这个兵站靠者河边，河水冰凉刺骨。</span><span><font face="Times New Roman"></font></span></font></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt; TEXT-INDENT: 21pt; mso-char-indent-count: 2.0"><font size="3"><span style="FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'">第四天中午到了唐古拉山兵站（海拔</span><span><font face="Times New Roman">4832</font></span><span style="FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'">米</span><span style="FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'">）的时候，那种欲生不能欲死能的感觉别提有多难受（大家可以用湿水的毛巾捂住嘴和鼻子很长时间的感觉）坐在车上一步也不想动，吃饭的力气都没有了，晚上战友们在安多兵站住下，我们小分队每日的车辆维护工作还要继续。这一天我们的车队的车老是出问题，把我可折磨死了。</span><span><font face="Times New Roman"></font></span></font></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt; TEXT-INDENT: 21pt; mso-char-indent-count: 2.0"><font size="3"><span style="FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'">第六天，车队向那曲兵站进发，一路风景可美了，开始的时候一切还比较顺利，可是快到中午的时候，公路两边的羊群马群牛群多了起来，是不是的有牲口横跨公路，搞的我们车队不能正常行驶，突然，头顶几架直升机飞过，顿时，两边的牲口全乱串，害的我们有一辆车不小心跟前面的车亲了一下，气得我们连长直跺脚。</span><span><font face="Times New Roman"></font></span></font></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt; TEXT-INDENT: 21pt; mso-char-indent-count: 2.0"><span style="FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'"><font size="3">第七天，当雄比较顺利，高原反应逐渐减轻。可是我的牙膏用完了，我去当地的小商店买了一只，可是一用，味道好难闻，仔细一看，呀，过期好长时间了，因语言不同没法沟通就没有换，忍了好几天没有刷牙（到西藏后又买了一只）。</font></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt; TEXT-INDENT: 21pt; mso-char-indent-count: 2.0"><font size="3"><span style="FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'">第八天，路过羊八井的时候，山势变得异常的险峻，真有种在天上开车的感觉，左边是峭壁，右边是悬崖，道路又窄，还时不时的有修路，车队前进非常缓慢，很晚很晚才到西藏拉萨，由于西藏的海拔比较低，在路上几个高原反应比较厉害的也渐渐醒了过来，之后在我们执行任务期间那几位高原反应比较厉害的战友就没有继续参加我们的演戏任务，留在西藏兵站知道我们的演戏结束。</span><span><font face="Times New Roman"></font></span></font></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt; TEXT-INDENT: 21pt; mso-char-indent-count: 2.0"><font size="3"><span style="FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'">就这样（从西藏到青海格尔木）往返好多次，我们的高原反应逐渐消失，之后的我也渐渐的适应了高原的日常生活，当我们完成搭上返程的火车时，连长和几个高原反应比较重的战友开玩笑说：如果你们一不小心在这里挂了，我就每年过来给你们点上几只烟。回到营队（江苏徐州）后，我偏头痛了一个多月，去医院检查几次，结果都说身体健康没事，我们的战友都笑话我说我这症状是叫作醉氧！</span><span><font face="Times New Roman"></font></span></font></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt; TEXT-INDENT: 21pt; mso-char-indent-count: 2.0"><font size="3"><span style="FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'">哦！对了，一路上有一件比较有意思的事情，路上有两位藏文化的信徒，从我们第一次进西藏开始就用标准的朝拜动作和节奏由青海格尔木往西藏的方向朝拜！后面一个小板车，上面拉着日常生活的用品及炊具，直到我们最后一次返回的时候他们还在路上用三步一拜的方式慢慢的向目的地布达拉宫进发。</span><span><font face="Times New Roman"></font></span></font></p>
