Many Golfers Like Using the Titleist Products
An overwhelming 13 players of the 17 who finished among the top 10 relied upon
Titleist DCI irons for their success, 9 of them relying upon the new high
performance DCI 990 model.
Bolstered by the rapid tour-proven success and momentum of the Vokey Design
series, Titleist was the #1 sand, lob and approach wedge at the PGA Club
Professional Championship for the second consecutive year with 169 wedges,
compared to 64 for the nearest competitor.
A total of 30 Titleist wedges were used by the 17 players who finished among
the top 10 and ties, including 28 Vokey Design models, compared to two for the
nearest competitor.
Titleist also led the pitching wedge count with 80, compared to 18 for the
nearest competitor and the overall wedge count with 249, compared to 71 for
the nearest competitor.
A total of 60 players placed their confidence in the feel and precision of
Scotty Cameron by Titleist putters, more than double the 29 player total for
the next competitor
Six of the top seven finishers trusted their putting success to Scotty Cameron,
including champion Tim Thelen.
Titleist was also the most played putter at the CPC, fueled by the Scotty
Cameron by Titleist Teryllium and Pro Platinum designs.
