Tak for mailen (Thanks for your mail). Good to hear from you. I like communicating with crossstitchers from other cultures.
To make a long story short, I have a Danish father, German mother, and was born and raised in California in the US. In 1990 we moved to Denmark along with my brother (who is in New York studying medicine). So I would say my homeland is Denmark, I live in a town called Hellerup. Are the Chinese symbols next to your email your name in Chinese? What is your Chinese name? (Just curious). My mom gave me some tea packages to try, from the Chinese shop in Copenhagen. I also like the 'White Rabbit' candies.
Here is a pic of my pansy. Thanks for the pics of the lucky word.I have a program (PC Stitch) which converts pictures into cross-stitch. It worked out pretty well. Is there a lucky color, or is black fine? Is your boyfriend a designer?

我在上封邮件留下我的MSN.(呵,呵还问她有没有QQ,在中国是一种很流行的交流工具,但是她并不知晓).因为她是丹麦人,跟中国的时差约为6-7个小时.当我第二天上班时她在线上,我很感动其实她一直在等我,因为她那里已经是深夜1点多了.我叫她早点休息,她说她是Night owl也就是我们所说的夜猫子.我们聊了很多,聊到了我们各自己的工作,生活,爱好等,想像得出她很开朗外向,并很喜欢国外的文化，食物，。。。.她问我可不可以视频,但因为在公司只能放弃.但约好了晚上再继聊.
本来约好7:30PM,但她并不在,之后我也出去办点事,回来她给我留言说她有急事先去出了,等会儿回来希望能见到我.但其实,我并没有视频器,因为春节时忘记在家里了.我等到了零晨,本想先睡下,但她终于上线了.这下子可以看到她了,可惜她看不到我。第一印象就是觉得特别的白,白得可怕,但看久了也还好,挺有气质的中年妇女.我也可以听到她的声音,但是效果不好,听不清,所以我们几乎是要用喊的,而不是用说的,常常还是要打字.她急急忙忙的把她的十字绣作品一件件展示给我看.我都一个个赞不绝口,特别是那幅埃及的头像,很精湛,很大,可想而知刺绣的难度之大.让我也不得不折服,因为之前自认为中国这个拥有几千年的刺绣大国,刺绣的水平是骄骄者,无人能比的(我这样的想法大有井底之蛙之感).,但今天看了她的作品,也不得不相信国外也是有相当高超的手艺,而且她们都很强,她们都有十几年的刺绣经验,而且都是中年人,还有上的年龄的老人,这真的跟中国不太一样,在国内十字绣流行于年青的姑娘之中.
