The producer of contaminated baby milk powder is SAN LU at first , Which has added Melamine , being a toxic chemical, banned in food. which is rich in nitrogen and was illegally added to raw milk for protein tests that raise nitrogen levels. but then ,so many SAN LU have been borned later . Considering the particular characteristics of food products and the complexity in the cause of food safety problems, and with a view to further enhancing supervision over food producers, ensuring food safety and protecting consumers' interests, all kinds of national inspection exemptions which was previously given to food producers have been cancelled. So relevant companies must stop activities of publicizing their national inspection exemption qualifications and the national inspection exemption labels printed on food products and their packages became invalid from Wednesday(17th Aug, 2008);
