Today when I filing the customers’ information, reading some emails sent by them, then some scammer’ email catch my eyes again,this year I met a few scammer in our company, But I delt with them successfully in the end ,then some ideas come into my mind, I just summarize some tips by myself and share them with us in here.

 

how to judge a serious buyer

 

After we have contacted with the customers many times, if they would like to bear the sample fee or sample freight ,they are the serious buyer, if they are not willing to pay, then they are not serious.What I always tell my potential buyers is the sample is free but the courier charge is $xx but is refundable upon receiving their formal order. If someone do not take the risk to pay a few dollars on sample, then we can ignore them.

 

How to become a good seller.

 

We need to offer the customers with ourcontact person's name, full address and phone number, and ready to receive the customer’s calling if they are willing to call us,even we do not have a pretty spoken english. it is necessary to us.

 

We can try to provide our customers with one or two customers references(preferably in the customer’s country, this is favorable to our business if we have a good cooperation with them before, I once did this and got unbelievable outcome) who purchased from us within the last one year, then the new customers can verify our business and credit from them.

 

If our company have a website, we need try to make it seems perfect and professional and descripe our products in details, if they are not good, we need present the suggestion to our boss to have a improvement,our website symbolize our service .it very important,especially the one like us who dealing the online business.

 

We need have a good master of our products even each process and our company regulation,such as: the delivery, the material, the cost difference if just change some design or size, then we have the capability to response the inquiry professional and timely, bearing in mind that we can reply each email as soon as possible, even some problems we can not offer a postive offer at the moment, it is favorable to told our customers that we had got the email and when we will offer them our positive answer.it is very important thing in our routine working, then our customers will be take our company as priority.

 

 

We need to take every customers as our potential buyer, do not lost our paitent and even complain their simple and repeated problems, just the real buyer want to have a good understand of our goods and service, the more questions they have, the more possibility the business have, do not overlook some cusomters since they just place a small order to us, many larger customers are expanded and developed from small one, they are likely to upgrade the business if we devoted ourslfved to the business. taking all as our real one, even they just send me a inquiry,we will benefit from this soon or later.

 

Even many bogus and scammer business happens,we can not lose our heart on the foreign trade busines, if we treat our buyer with good faith ,on the contrary, they will trust me in the end.
